Because your wellbeing deserves your attention

In the stillness of everyday life, there is a quiet invitation to return to yourself. Amara Holistic Wellness creates intentional spaces for you to pause, realign, and reconnect – with your body, your breath, and your inner truth.

Hello, I’m Kgomotso Ntsimane.

My work is rooted in the belief that wellness is not a destination, but a way of being – a harmonious balance between the mind, body, and the relationships that shape our lives.

As a certified Life Coach, Breathwork Facilitator, Pilates instructor (in training), NBI® Brain Practitioner, and holder of an Advanced Master’s Degree in Family Therapy & Emotional Wellness (TECH Global University, EU accredited), I guide individuals through a deeply integrated approach to healing and transformation.

After +15 years in corporate marketing, I followed my calling into deep healing work. My approach blends clinical family therapy training, whole-brain thinking, breathwork, Pilates, and somatic practices.

How i work...

My work is rooted in evidence-informed family therapy and emotional wellness, and enhanced by NBI® whole-brain thinking.

This allows me to help you understand not just what you feel, but how you think, process, and connect with others.

My approach includes:

  • Systemic family assessment & intervention
  • Emotion-focused therapy (Greenberg model)
  • Somatic & body-based emotional processing (EMDR, Brainspotting, EFT, Yoga, Dance Movement Therapy)
  • Mindfulness, transpersonal therapy & family constellations
  • Psychoneuroimmunology (mind-body healing)
  • NBI® Brain Profiling to map your thinking preferences for personal, team, or school growth

This is not clinical psychotherapy – it is deep, holistic wellness for individuals, couples, and families who want to heal relational patterns, understand their minds, and return to themselves.

Why Family Patterns Matter in Holistic Healing

We often think of healing as an individual journey. But the truth is, we are never just ourselves. We are also the sum of the family systems that shaped us – the spoken and unspoken rules, the roles we were assigned, the love we received (or did not), the trauma that was passed down like an heirloom.
